We don’t put anything in our shop that we wouldn’t want in our own homes, but if for any reason you’d like to return your products, we are happy to receive items in accordance with the returns policy below.
If you want to return an item, you must contact us within 7 working days after receiving the order. Either ring us on +44(0)1234 376435 Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm or email us at email@example.com. Please note that all items need to be returned within 30 days complete and in a saleable condition. The item(s) must be returned with the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage. Once you have contacted us and followed our instructions for returning your item(s), we strongly recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting or request Signed For delivery in case the parcel fails to reach us. Please note that large items will need to be collected by one of our couriers (the cost for this will be deducted from your refund with the exception of faulty items).

You will need to cover any import duties that may arise when returning items from another country.
We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
All orders (including overseas orders) will be refunded in Sterling, within 48 hours of receipt of your return. Refunds may take up to 5 days to clear in your account.
